Helpdesk Analyst, SAP Ariba EMEA Project Support We are delighted to recruit for a Helpdesk Analyst, SAP Ariba EMEA Project Support position. This is a 12 month FTC offering a competitive salary plus benefits. In order to be considered you need to have previously worked in a similar role. Brief details below, upon application you will be immediately considered. You will provide support to stakeholders throughout the phased implementation across EMEA. As the Ariba Helpdesk Analyst you will have the opportunity to function as the Ariba expert, providing support, training, and mentoring to stakeholders on the supported applications. This role will encompass the following key tasks: Act as an ambassador for the Ariba deployed across EMEA Affiliate companies. Act as an Ariba Designated Support Contact (DSC) between Ariba and EMEA Monitor and regularly report on usage of the solution and recommend plans for improving tool usage/value Act as an administrator of the Ariba solution, including user profile administration, monthly exchange rates update & template maintenance Support the end user community, including Process SME's with queries within defined SLA's Implement approved change requests following approval from the Change Control Board Perform product and user acceptance testing as needed Responsible for updating training documentation as required Responsible for KPI monitoring and promoting compliant use of Ariba throughout EMEA Support the Ariba Project Manager with the deployment of the Global Template across EMEA ONLY apply if you have previous experience relevant to the above.
