Profile Experience as a HR generalist and partnering with management teams to deliver the people agenda for the business A track record of providing expert and timely strategic and operational HR support and advice, including contributing to divisional strategic planning Ability to use data to inform decisions, mitigate risk and drive change Complex case management experience Up to date working knowledge and experience of UK employment legislation and HR best practice Experience of managing and delivering HR projects Job Offer A 3 month fixed term contract working as an integral part of a transformation programme.
