ERP Consultant

ERP Consultant NSCG are partnering with Radical Motorsports Group, the world's largest manufacture and constructor of dedicated track-day and racing cars to recruit an ERP Consultant. Due to continued growth of its global distributor and dealer network and the development of their global race championship framework, Radical are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic ERP Specialist to work from their head office in Peterborough. The Role Radical are seeking someone with hands on ERP experience to successfully develop and manage their existing Syspro ERP system, ensuring best practices and process are developed, implemented and maintained. This key role will be collaborating with the management team to determine which business processes need optimisation, to enhance the performance of their business & information systems. Duties and Responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager you will; Establish ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation. Analyse existing infrastructure and perform Information system enhancements. Write customised reports and scripts, as well as configuring ERP modules. Develop user-friendly functionalities, interfaces & user documentation. Install & upgrade ERP software, while ensuring seamless integration with IT systems. Perform diagnostic analysis, tests and resolving issues to optimise performance. Provide 1stline technical support and training to ERP end-users. Prepare development plans / progress updates and documenting ERP processes. Keep abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings. Work closely with the existing ERP support provider and IT Department. Essential Criteria To be considered for the position of ERP Consultant you will have; Demonstrable experience as an ERP Consultant / ERP Analyst In-depth knowledge of ERP Systems (it doesn't have to be Syspro), SQL, ODBC & Crystal Reports. Great organisational and time management skills. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
