HR Assistant

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are supporting our Leeds client in recruiting a temporary HR Assistant for a12 - 15 month contract covering Maternity leave. Do you have a background supporting a busy HR function? Are you available to start Immediately? If so this could be an ideal role for you Our client is seeking additional support to cover maternity, and needs someone who is highly organised, confident, and able to hit the ground running to join them. Supporting approx 160 400 employees, this candidate will work closely with the Head of HR and Health & Safety Manager, focusing on all the day to day administrative tasks. This will include managing employee data on the systems, system & data updates, Offers of employment/contracts, starters and leavers process, note taking in meetings, suppliers communications and Audits. In addition to this you will manage all incoming HR enquiries and HR correspondences. This is a real administrative, hands on and fast paced role To be considered you will be an experienced HR Administrator or Assistant, with recent experience in a busy HR function. You will have experience in the on boarding process, and be Savvy on HR systems. You will be available to start immediately The role is offering a salary up to £20k DOE.
