HR Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a generalist HR Manager for our manufacturing client based inSheffield. This is a integral role for their Sheffield site, to manage a stand alone remit, and work as part of a wider team based in the south. This is a permanent role offering up to £35k DOE. My client seeks a solid generalist HR Manager to maintain HR across the site, and manage strong relationships within the business, and a wide range of stakeholders from shop floor to senior management level. The role will focus on day to day operations, Recruitment and project work, and payroll for up to 120 employees. This role would be a fantastic opportunity for a strong Advisor/Generalist, who is strong with relationship management, and can work autonomously. We are looking for a 'hands on' HR Manager, who loves to be involved in every element of HR, and passionate to join a busy HR function as the face of HR for Sheffield. We are looking for a Generalist who can get stuck in, collaboratively work on UK wide HR initiatives, and drive those through the site, the go to person for management for all HR related enquiries. To be considered you will have experience ideally in a stand alone role within a blue collar or retail environment.
