Claims Advisor (Home Based)

We have a unique and exciting opportunity to hire a new team of experienced Claims Handlers to apply their knowledge and experience and join the Hastings Direct Claims Team. Location: We are passionate about providing a real work-life balance and therefore open to flexible working options. You can either be based at one of our friendly offices (Leicester or Bexhill-On-Sea) combined with partial working from home, or, be fully home based. Training will be provided virtually with ongoing support. Hours: The opening hours for our Claims department do include day shifts during weekdays and weekends, to ensure we can always help our customers when they need us the most, so expect your shift pattern to include these. The Role It's a really exciting time to join us as we continue our Claims journey. The introduction of these roles will be absolutely vital in delivering the best outcomes for us and our customers. The new opportunities are designed to help provide a seamless and memorable experience for our customers, and we firmly believe the customer experience is largely shaped when they first notify us of their claim. With this in mind, we are looking for experienced Claims Handlers who have the same passion we do for delivering outstanding customer service, along with the technical expertise to make early indemnity decisions at the point of registration. You will take personal ownership of the claims you register and proactively progress them within the first 72 hours. What will you be doing?
