PS Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients who currently seeking 2 Administrators to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, based in Norwich. As an Administrator, you will be required to complete many tasks including reception duties, appointment bookings and supporting out clinical teams by providing a first-class administration service to the company and clients. The majority of the time you will be booking appointments and dealing with phone enquiries. There are 2 clinics, based in Norwich and Gorleston. The successful candidate will predominantly work in one of these clinics, however expected to work between the two when required. The right candidate must have great communication, have a willingness to learn new skills, a driving license, be flexible, adaptable, have good IT skills and above all understand that our clients and patients receive an outstanding service. Ideally, you'll have previous experience and qualifications gained within a clinical or occupation health setting.
