Key Account Manager - Beauty Sector

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, you will also be responsible for growing revenue by identifying new business opportunities. This role will be office based and include frequent European travel to meetings.

KEY DUTIES

  • Be the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams across Europe
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships to drive account performance and grow sales
  • Devise plans including budgets, sales, pricing strategies, objections and customer satisfaction measures
  • Monitor and report on accounts, results and forecasts
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Drive sales across the beauty sectors

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3-5 years&39; experience in B2B key account management, from beauty, pharma or third-party manufacturing
  • Proven networking and relationships building skills
  • Proven ability to generate a pipeline of new leads to drive sales
  • Exceptionally customer focussed critical thinker with top class listening skills
  • Fluent French speaking would be very desirable
