Projects Coordinator

Interaction Recruitment are working this growing Peterborough based business in recruiting for a Project Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis

We are looking to recruit a hands-on Project Coordinator who will manage projects across the organisation along with all events that our clients run. This role involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, expenditures, and ensuring project deadlines are met.

To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work to tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have good verbal, written, and presentation skills. The experience to work on a project and see this through to day to day business as well as manage stakeholders when the project is live.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

&183; Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

&183; Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

&183; Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

&183; Ensuring project deadlines are met.

&183; Determining project changes.

&183; Providing administrative support as needed.

&183; Undertaking project tasks as required.

&183; Developing project strategies.

&183; Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

&183; Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

&183; Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

&183; Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Project Coordinator Requirements:

&183; Three years experience in related field.

&183; Experience of managing a team and monitoring performance and deadlines.

&183; Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

&183; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

&183; Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

&183; Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

&183; Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

&183; Ability to work to tight deadlines.
