Data Entry Administrator

We are looking for customer service/administrators for an ongoing temporary assignment with an immediate start (subject to references) based in the Stansted area. The role is fast pace and involves data entry, admin, checking invoices and problem solving, the position also requires you to have good customers service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve issues as required

  • Providing clearance of goods and support to external customers

  • Advising customers on new procedures related to Brexit regulations

  • Data Entry- good attention to detail

  • Navigating between various systems- requires good I.T skills

  • Completing any related administration ensuring completeness and compliance

  • Follow predefined procedures and processes

  • Regular interaction with first line management

  • Occasional interaction with suppliers and vendors

  • Maintaining the CRM

  • Notify management of any non-compliant issues as they arise

  • Working closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met

  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned

  • Full training will be given
