Internal Recruiter

A UK leader in technology are looking for an interim Internal Recruiter initially on a 6 month basis to join their team. This is role will be working from home (the client is based in the Oxford region), the hourly rate for this role is &163;18 to &163;20 per hour.

Main responsibilities

Working in collaboration with key stakeholders, define and deliver against business aligned candidate attraction strategies. The strategies will attract and engage great candidates to fill immediate requirements as well as generate wide and diverse candidate pools to sustain future critical needs.

Working together with the Hiring Managers, manage the end to end recruitment process for all live roles. In addition, provide advice to hiring managers on the most effective way to source and pipeline talent.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in a Talent Acquisition role demonstrating results in direct sourcing, social media usage and recruitment campaign management.
  • Rounded recruitment experience; working across a range of junior to senior appointments in a fast paced, dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at multiple levels across a range of functions
  • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment
