Accounts Assistant

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a fantastic client of ours based in Nottingham to cover a maternity contract. They are located close to all public transport routes.

Main duties of the Accounts Assistant will include:

Responsibility for the Sage 200 Purchase Ledger across all companies
All processing relating to Purchase orders and Purchase invoices
New supplier setup
Supplier statement Reconciliation
Supplier queries / NCRs
Late Creditors
Preparing supplier payments for authorisation

Our client is ideally looking for experienced candidates who are looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will not be phased by high volumes, you will have good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages. Please only apply if you have 2 years finance experience and can commit to a contract assignment.
