There is a specific focus in this role on the management of already well established and efficient HR compliance procedures, including safer recruitment processes, pay and contracts and the maintenance and development of the HR database and associated systems.

Applicants should be qualified with a minimum Level 3 certificate or diploma in HR or have an equivalent level of experience.

This role would suit someone who has proven skills in complex administrative processes, ideally gained within a HR environment. There will be opportunities to develop and study for CIPD qualifications for the right candidate.
