Clarion Housing Group is the country&39;s largest housing association with 125,000 homes nationwide. We&39;re a social landlord, providing affordable homes overwhelmingly for people who can&39;t meet their housing needs on the open market, a property development company, a charitable foundation and a repairs and maintenance service.
We&39;re looking for a Learning and Organisation Development Administrator to work closely with the L&OD Team and provide outstanding first line support to line managers and team leaders with day-to-day L&OD activities and queries.
We&39;ll look to you to provide appropriate advice in line with policies and procedures, and act as the &39;go to&39; person for LOD enquiries, providing timely responses with a solution-oriented approach, either with first-hand knowledge or by collaborating with colleagues to deliver the appropriate solution. You&39;ll support apprenticeships, graduates and all professional development administration processes, including registrations, levies, development agreements and updating information into Workday.
You&39;ll also support the L&OD team in operational and cyclical activities such as personal development plans, talent and succession planning, workforce planning, and all training and development needs and you&39;ll be asked to collate monthly reporting metrics from Workday for all training and development activities. We&39;ll also ask you to provide and maintain adequate and accurate documentation relating to training and development in line with statutory requirements.
You&39;ll already have demonstrable experience of working in an HR environment and considerable experience of handling varied people related queries.
We&39;re seeking professionals with a CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant experience in a similar role, effective communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for building relationships and the ability to handle varied queries and disseminate information and guidance in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
