An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and committed Personal Assistant to provide high level executive and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer.

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic individual who will have appropriate experience and excellent organisational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.

The role holder will be responsible for acting as the first line of contact for the Chief Operating Officer, who also acts as Clerk to Trustees and Company Secretary, in carrying out his role overseeing the support resources of the School and supporting the Trustees as Clerk.

The role holder will manage a varied workload and be able to prioritise their workload, whilst handling sensitive information with discretion.

The role is for 52 weeks per year and 40 hours per week.

The hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm,
Monday to Friday.
