An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and committed Executive Assistant to provide high level executive and administrative support to the Headmaster.

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic individual who will have appropriate experience and excellent organisational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.

The Executive Assistant will provide executive support to the Headmaster in carrying out his role, balancing the need to be visible in the School and beyond, with the day to day tasks of leadership and management. The role holder will manage a varied workload and be able to prioritise their workload, whilst handling sensitive information with discretion.

The role holder will also be the Team Leader for a group of Personal Assistants ensuring the highest standards of communication and organisation in our busy School.

The role is for 52 weeks per year and 40 hours per week.

The hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm,
Monday to Friday.
