If so, then we have an opportunity for you to join our team in a newly created role We're looking for a Facilities Project Manager to help deliver FM projects across all company sites, delivering to planned budget and time constraints with in the appropriate regulatory and legislative requirements. You will be acting as a role model for the companies' facilities function championing the core values in all activities and interactions. Providing appropriate proficient project management and process knowledge you will be managing assigned Company led and Self-generated projects to completion. This will include preparation, design, development of specification and robust accountably tendering, ensuring the outcome meets the business and G.M.P. requirements. Utilising your project and proficient engineering knowledge you will also help manage stakeholder expectations on the desired deliverables. This will involve coordinating FM related Capital Project approval, ensure that all stakeholders fully understand the requirements, scope, financial position, technical considerations and time requirements. Adopting a continuous improvement approach, you will proactively develop new technical skills and keeping abreast of developments in the market to help with project management a and support the annual review and creation of the Capital budget. To be successful in this role we're looking for you to have the following skills, experience and knowledge:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Demonstratable experience in construction and refurbishment projects
• Proven track record of building project management
• CDM, IOSH, NEBOSH, CSCS or construction related qualifications desirable
