Primary School Interventions Teacher - KS1 & KS2

Are you a qualified primary school teacher? Are you looking for your next role within education? LTF recruitment are working with a school close to the Central Nottingham area who are looking to appoint a teacher to work across KS1 and KS2 and deliver catch up intervention work to children working below age expected levels. The role is a fixed term contract until July 2022 The main duties within this role include: Planning and delivering engaging booster sessions to children in KS2 Assessing pupil's levels and liaising with the class teacher Noting gaps in children's learning and incorporating this in to children's learning Preparing children for end of year assessmemts Working across KS2 with pupils working below age expected levels The school are looking for somebody with: At least one years' teaching experience An exciting and engaging teaching style A good understanding of noth the KS2 curriculum Excellent teaching skills The knowhow of how to differentiate planning to meet a range of needs Strong communication skills to liaise with the class teacher around progres sof pupils This is an exciting opportunity within a brilliant school.
