Aim Finance Manager accountable for industrial (e.g. management accounts, works order management, product costing, decision support) controlling and reporting (i.e. Internal reporting, budgeting, forecasting, commercial & operational support and Impact) with direct report to Eat Natural CFO/Finance Director Roles & Responsibilities Financial management and planning - in coordination with Financial Controller Leads budgeting and planning with direct reporting to CFO/Finance Director Assesses monthly and yearly financial performance Prepares Eat Natural management accounts including reports to CFO and Managing Director Guarantees account requests are solved and timely communicated to external and internal stakeholders Operational Effectiveness and Organizational leadership Oversee, Improves and coordinates operational processes and systems (i.e. reporting, business processes) KPIs definition and variances analysis Control on efficiency and effectiveness of Finance Business-Related Team through coordination and communication between parties Involvement in Short term & Long term planning and strategy Main Interfaces CFO Financial Controller Finance/Admin-Clerks OPS GM IT Manager Experience & Qualifications Degree qualified or equivalent in Business, Finance or related field 4 years previous experience as Finance or Operations Manager Experience with SAP/SAGE Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of VAT, Tax and compliance implications Ability to allocate budget and interpret financial data and insights Outstanding attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving and administrative skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
