The automotive market is changing and requires a new approach for our Clean Air Sector to win in this next phase of change. And with our new strategic direction now being implemented we are going through a transition process with a new finance structure for Clean Air which ensures that the roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and decision rights are clear, unambiguous and aligned to our new strategy and Best in Class Structure. Role: As a Project Manager you will lead the Finance organisation implementation in to the local Global (Plant) Finance teams, ensuring appropriate transition management, change management, business readiness and efficient communications. Key responsibilities: Establish a programmatic approach to driving change and communication across the Clean Air Finance plant teams to ensure readiness and sustainability of change. Assists in establishing and executing role mapping processes of the agreed operating model to the implementation plan, in partnership with HR. Deliver robust transition plans for in scope sites ensuring dependencies and enablers are identified and actioned. Develop transition methodology and approach including supporting materials and templates. Manage transition of activity from existing to new Finance operating model roles and locations, including Shared Service Centre (SSC) ensuring effective knowledge transfer and sustainable knowledge management e.g. robust training documentation, use of corporate repository. Monitor progress of transition ensuring all risks & issues are effectively managed and providing clear status reporting to senior management with input into governance forums. Prepare and run change impact workshops, conduct change impact analysis, and develop change impact action plans. Support and co-ordinate change plan activities ensuring op model is well understood, communicated, and embedded within local plant finance teams. Identify potential challenges and problem solve to achieve the benefits case. Prepare and monitor pre-go live business readiness criteria, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed and met. Support the creation of SOPs (where not in existence) providing guidance and support to the finance teams through knowledge transfer (KT) Conducts stakeholder assessments, defines, and executes stakeholder engagement plans. Lead local stakeholder engagement and develop and distribute employee communications working alongside HR Lead & Transformation Lead. Are you the ideal candidate? You will have: PRINCE2, PMP or MPS qualification and membership preferred. Experience of executing PMO deliverables in a large organisation and fast paced environment. Change qualification or significant experience in managing change in a global and fast paced environment. Extensive experience of working across organisational levels and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders. Experience of managing people transitions in a Finance environment or SSC environment, including defining transition methodology and training requirements. Experience of executing change impact assessments and enabling business readiness. Strong process management capabilities. Experience of working with HR on consultation and recruitment processes and supporting employee engagement and communications. Please note we are currently Home Working but as from September 2021, the successful candidate will be required to be onsite 2 days a week on a Monday and Tuesday.
