The Store Manager main responsibility is to manage a retail convenience store and forecourt. Leading the team setting consistently high standards and delivering excellent customer service. Promoting sales and leading the financial performance of the store. What's in it for you:

• Ideally 1 - 3 years management experience in retail
• Must be fully flexible to work any shift between Monday to Sunday
• Computer literate To be successful in the role, you will need to be:
• Adaptable and flexible with a hands-on approach
• Manage and plan your time efficiently but effectively
• Be able to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
• Be a good communicator and manage your team
• Have fantastic customer service skills Role Responsibilities:
• Managing instore facilities to ensure brand standards are met
• Meeting targets, managing costs, wages, waste and cash shortages
• Managing stock, ordering and deliveries ensuring all shortages damages are reported within the correct timelines
• Ensure customers are served quickly, professionally with excellent customer service
• Recruit and manage the performance of your team ensuring the correct level of training for their role
• Ensure all the daily cashing, banking tasks are completed accurately within the allocated timelines
• Maxising sales by ensuring product availability across the store, managing merchandising and in-store promotions
• Implementing company policies, procedures to ensure the store operates in a safe and legal manner to cover all aspects of food safety
• Managing the store and forecourt ensuring high standards are met
• To see in fuel deliveries safely and legally to meet the needs of the business
• To manage food preparation and the cooking of bake-off products
• To manage the retail sale of alcohol
