URGENT ROLE Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic sales team lead on a full-time contract to steer and manage a team of 15 Delegate Sales Executives. Starting from a.s.a.p until mid-October, with an opportunity for an ongoing contract, you will be co-ordinating team efforts to recruit 1000 hosted buyers for events which will be a mixture of online, hybrid and in person over the next 6 months. Working remotely from the UK or Europe, you will have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally 3 years of team management experience, in either event delegate sales, hosted buyer programmes, premium loyalty card sales, SaaS sales or media sales and be available to start working from a dedicated and quiet home work space a.s.a.p. Responsibilities: Ensuring conversion goals are achieved by the Delegate Sales team Monitoring and reporting performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis across the team Troubleshooting how conversion can be improved at the team and individual level Creating reports to reflect performance, analyse gaps and identify areas for improvement Supporting the team in lead generation efforts, to identify top level companies and individuals in European countries Ensuring only qualified leads and contacts are added to our CRM for inclusion in the sales pipeline Ensuring the CRM and sales pipeline is updated accurately Familiarity with the event platform and registration process Ensuring delegate profiles are set up correctly on the platform with completed agendas Identify improvement opportunities to maximise results Train & coach each team member to close efficiency gaps Further information:

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm CET
• High speed cable internet access & modern laptop with excellent video cam and
• sound functionality is needed from your home working station
• 5 years b2b sales experience, including 3 in team management
• Experience in lead generation
• Experience in cold calling/cold outreach
• Experience in interacting with high level decision makers
• Fluent verbal and written English proficiency. A second or third European language among the key markets is a bonus (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch)
• Excellent communication skills, both orally & in writing
• Extroverted and people oriented (upbeat, positive, happy to hit the phone, comfortable engaging with CD level decision makers)
