Front Desk Administrator

Turners (Soham) Ltd is seeking to recruit a Front desk Administrator. Applicants should have first class organisational skills, accuracy and an eye for detail, confident telephone manner, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The main responsibilities of the role will be:
• Dispatching and debriefing of drivers, ensuring the relevant paperwork is present.
• To ensure the system is updated accurately with dispatch and debrief information
• Escalating any driver concerns to a Traffic Manager or to direct them to the correct department
• Downloading drivers Tacho cards on their return to Depot Previous knowledge in transport /storage will be advantageous. Shift - Sunday - Tuesday 06:00-18:00 What happens next?
