What you'll be doing Leading and motivating the enforcement team, making sure they have the tools and equipment to do their jobs Providing MI and reports Dealing with all written customer enquiries and complaints Prepare the monthly enforcement plan and to monitor the success of those on-going on a daily basis To assist in developing Quality Assurance systems and procedures in the service area To receive and administer the implementation and removal of parking suspensions Cost control of consumables items Control of vehicle costs and maintenance through process management and telematics To be flexible - carry out any other duties as and when required by the Management What you will need Excellent level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel and Outlook Strong leadership skills Organised and self motivated In return for your hard work Employee Benefits Scheme Pension scheme Excellent training & development Interested?
