Customer Success Lead Full time £22-24K Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk A brand new role has arisen within the Operations Management Team of our client's business based in Bury St Edmunds. The role involves delivering customer success at every stage of the sales and service delivery process. Key Duties: First point of contact with existing customers, responding to queries, information requests and quotations Ensuring sales solutions and resources meet customer needs Liaise with Sales and Ops Department to provide successful operational onboarding, customer success and business management Customer contact, purchase orders and appointments Monitor projects, delivering on time including compliance reporting as required Preparation of end of year and quarterly business review information packs Upkeep of CRM system Reporting to Ops Manager on activity on a weekly basis Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills Customer Service orientated Adaptable and open to new ideas Working knowledge of Excel and general IT applications Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
