The successful candidate will be joining our Adult Care Brokerage Team. The Brokerage Team has an important strategic role within the Adult Care vision of delivering highly efficient performance and further developing to meet the needs of the population of Lincolnshire. Our Team plays a pivotal role in Adult Care ensuring all requests for Home Support packages and other required services are met within agreed timescales and in an efficient and effective manner. This is an ideal opportunity for a well-motivated individual who has knowledge of the Adult Care / Social Care sector and is looking for a new challenge. The post holder will: Maintain good working relationships with all providers, Adult Care Teams and our Commercial Team; Be an enthusiastic individual with a team approach and an ability to stay calm under pressure; Have excellent time management skills (ability to manage demanding and competing priorities, and work to tight deadlines) As you will be in telephone contact with our clients' excellent communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will need to evidence they are well organised and can manage their time effectively. Proficient IT, numeracy and literacy skills are essential and an experience of MOSAIC would be desirable.
