Love working with people and have an interest in property? Do you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring your workload is completed to a high standard? Core Expectations Eye for detail & accuracy. Proficient in using Microsoft products, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word. Responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, to include all aspects of Property Management. Given the size of the portfolio, completion of other administrative tasks within fast paced office environment. Pro-active in solving maintenance issues, communicating with landlords, contractors, and tenants at all times to find the most efficient and effective solution. Coordinating move ins, move outs, deposit disputes, inspections, viewings, and inventories across your portfolio. Re-marketing and letting of your portfolio, constantly assessing the competition in the area and considering ways in which you could push your properties. Essential to ensure processes, systems, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Strong administration skills, to include referencing, tenancy agreements, contract signings and ensuring all relevant paperwork is received promptly including ID and right to rent checks, as well as deposit registration. Issue notices to active tenancies in the legal time frame. Committed to achieving excellent performance and delivering an excellent management service. Skills and Abilities Essential A resilient, positive, and professional attitude Strong planning, administrative and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and to comply with legislation. Confident communication skills including written work, presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to demonstrate a commitment to equalities in all areas of work with customers, members of staff. IT literate in standard office applications and able to manage computerised databases. Good Numeracy skills. Full driving license (Your portfolio will cover the majority of Nottingham, it is essential that you have a driving licence and mode of transport) Experience Preferable 2 years property management experience Salary & Benefits 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
