We are recruiting a Lecturer in Early Years and Childcare to provide the highest quality educational experience in Early Years and Childcare programmes, using vocational knowledge and experience to deliver teaching, learning and assessment that inspires students and prepares them for progression to employment in the sector or higher education. The Lecturer in Early Years and Childcare will contribute to the development of the curriculum in line with local, regional and national needs and contribute to the positioning of these courses as the premier local choice for Early Years and Childcare students. This post is part-time, working 22.2 hours per week. Non-teacher qualified applicants may be able to access an enhanced support package through the Taking Teaching Further (TTF) programme which includes a reduced timetable, work shadowing/mentoring, and support with the costs of the teaching qualification.
