Business Development Consultant - SIPP SSAS Pensions £40,000 - £45,000, plus bonus, plus car allowance Nottingham City Centre Role: The role's purpose is to expand the Company's SSAS and SIPP client portfolio by increasing distribution through the IFA community, in line with a business plan regularly reviewed with the Principals. To identify, build, and maintain relationships with suitable IFA firms and other business introducers. The Business Development Consultant must establish and achieve targets for new business production, and contribute to the building and development of the brand. Main Duties and Accountabilities: To promote the company through a high standard of sales skills and product knowledge through education on the company's policies/ procedures and maintaining knowledge & awareness of products, legislation, and the market in general to a high standard. Handle all queries and enquiries courteously and efficiently, and provide technical and service support to intermediaries and clients as necessary. Promoting the most favourable image to clients, prospective clients, and professional connections. To identify, build, and maintain good business relationships with intermediaries and other external third-parties in order to promote and sell the Company's SSAS and SIPP products. To be responsible for own appointment making and maximising opportunities with both existing and new IFA contacts and professional connections. Update information, progress from appointments, and report on different stages of prospective business up to completion. Emails should be accessed daily; these could either be internal or external communications. To liaise with the Head of SSAS/SIPP and/or SSAS/SIPP administrators on issues concerning IFA and client service requirements. Produce support/marketing material to maintain business levels and develop new business opportunities. Contribute to the innovation and development of the Company's SSAS and SIPP products.
