Key Account Manager Hays Technology £30,000 - £50,000 OTE (depending on experience) This is an Business Development role for Hays Technology Cambridge with some home working included. We are looking for a Key Account Manager into our Hays Technology Team to recruit Tech professionals into businesses within Cambridge. Hays is one of the largest global recruitment companies. This means you will be a part of the most profitable part of the business You will working as part of an established team and will be responsible for sourcing candidates throughout the UK and Ireland to fill roles that our Key Account Managers source and manage. Day to Day of the role: You will be working in one of the highest opportunity teams within Hays as a Key Account Manager. You will be involved in and responsible for: Meeting and contacting new and existing clients to win businesses Meeting with and contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs Using social media channels for client attraction and engagement Leveraging off existing relationships within Hays to win new business Coaching candidates on interview preparation Maintaining existing client relationships through regular interaction and meetings Working towards targets and KPI's created to ensure your success in the business Required Skills: You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Sales Professional with a successful track record in personal billings or sales experience. This is a start-up business; therefore, you will need to use your commercial recruitment knowledge to deliver against targets and achieve significant headway and growth in a new market. The four core attributes you will require are: 2-10 years experience in a recruitment, sales or account management role (we can build the role around the level of experience) Development of new business: targeting new cold clients & nurturing existing warm Hays relationships Solutions orientated Desire to exceed our client's expectations & beat the opposition Benefits: Putting it simply this opportunity is a career changing one.
