We are looking to recruit a Full Time Administrator/Auditor (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) to join our friendly team in Colton, Norfolk. Due to the rural location of our office you will need to hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer care skills, have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team with good planning and organisational skills. You will also have the ability to cope with pressure and change. Working knowledge of the care industry would be advantageous but not essential. As an administrator you will be: Answering and transferring office phone calls Auditing and actioning carer notes Filing and ensuring that files are accurate and to regulatory standard Updating supervisors when service and telephone reviews are due Other duties will be required to meet the needs of the business Essential Skills | Qualifications | Experience Good literacy and numerical skills Working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel General office administrative duties - typing, letter writing, filing Working knowledge of finance process such as payroll and invoice processes Excellent communication and customer care skills Knowledge of quality control procedures within the Health and Social Care Sector This role is subject to an Ehanched DBS check, successful employment eligibility and reference checks.
