We are currently recruiting for a Franchise Finance Leader to join our highly successful Stratstone JLR division to ensure the financial accuracy of reported results and driving improved financial performance of the franchise. Reporting into the Finance Director and working closely with the National Franchise Director you will be instrumental in Coordinating the financial processes and best practice throughout the Dealers within the Franchise. We are looking for self-motivated, analytical thinker as day to day you will be interpreting and sharing financial analysis with your teams ensuring the delivery of the necessary level of financial control within the franchise dealers, continually liaising with the operational teams on reporting metrics for continuous improvement and embedding company best practice at all times. As Franchise Finance Leader, you'll be responsible for and not limited to; Driving the management of working capital within the division in order to minimise the risk of holding charges and asset provisions Assisting in the development, maintenance and implementation of financial systems, policies and procedures and ensuring compliance to all sites within the franchise Managing and co-ordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes Presenting and Providing detailed insights on the financial health of the franchise through best practice and other relevant meetings Working with the National Franchise Director to identify key performance improvement opportunities in order to maximise the profits of the businesses within the division, whilst also continuously looking for cost-reduction opportunities where necessary Requirements to be successful in the role of Franchise Finance Leader; Proven experience of meeting and exceeding commercial financial targets and objectives within the automotive industry Experience in overseeing departmental budgets, controlling expenditure and reviewing financial accounts Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate and contribute effectively with large teams, peers, managers and in virtual teams Strong leadership, coaching and people development focus with a successful track record of leading, motivating and developing people Our team members are friendly, driven, successful and always looking to improve our business and their own skill sets and experience.
