Job description Our client, a global leader in home furnishings are looking to recruit an Account Manager to support and drive one of their major accounts. About You You will have previous experience and a real interest for textiles or home furnishings. Experienced in manging both internal and customers critical paths to ensure 'on time delivery'. You will have advanced Excel skills, be inquisitive, analytical with excellent communication skills. We need a strong team player who can also take responsibility for their own workload. You will be highly organised with excellent eye for detail. The Job Manging customer requirements, identify sales trends and patterns. Create quotes, sales materials, and documents. Strong product and competitor awareness to help support the buying team in developing new ranges. Upsell/cross sell products where possible. Maintain and build high level relationships with major client accounts. Attend customer meetings and visits, ensuring commercial targets are maintained. Working with design teams on customer design developments making sure requirements are met. Analyse and identify new product development alongside any promotional activity to drive revenue.
