The role of Team Leader involves leading a fantastic team of Care workers to deliver outstanding service to the children in our care. If progression is what you are looking for we can offer Level 5 leadership qualification to enable you to further your career Cambian are actively recruiting for a Children's Residential Team Leader, on a full time and permanent basis to work within our home based in Nottingham. To be considered, you must have the following: Level 3 Residential Childcare Qualification Minimum of 12 months experience working in Children's Residential Full UK Driving Licence Salary: £10.81 per hour rising to £10.97 per hour after 6 months in the role. Sleep ins incur an uplift of £30 per shift on top of your salary. Hours: Normal shift hours are 07:30 - 23:00 with sleep ins. You will most probably carry out an average of 6-9 sleep ins a month. The rolling rota has you typically working 1 shift on followed by 2 days off depending on cover and annual leave. We strive to give at least one full weekend off every month with you working either Friday, Saturday or Sunday on the other weekends. There is of course some flexibility and our managers know how important a good work life balance is for their team.
