Salary: Basic c£35,000 OTE £50,000 (uncapped) Hours: Full Time Location: Kettering, Northants (Flexible) The Company: HR Solutions are a fast-growing HR and H&S Consultancy providing a variety of HR and Health and Safety Services to small and medium sized business across the UK. HR Solutions have a very strong service offering backed with numerous awards for our customer service. The Role: In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through networking, prospecting as well as through in bound sales and marketing channels. HR Solutions have strong online presence, and have a strong reputation for provider excellent customer service. This has resulted in a sustained period of growth through our marketing initiatives. The role will also have a focus on developing and growing our partnership program, working with membership bodies as well as growing a network of introducers. The candidate: To be successful in this role you need to be comfortable contacting senior employees in your target demographic. This will include managing the whole sales process from start to finish, with support from your colleagues as required. You should understand the key drivers as to why small business would benefit from outsourcing their HR and H&S services. You should also have experience of working collaboratively with a marketing team to generate new ideas, as well as refine sales and marketing processes, including sales automation processes. Ideally you will already have a strong network of business contacts on which to build. Main duties: Management To develop and lead a business development team focussed on provide the best experience for prospects To manage a business development team, providing support and guidance to enhance their experience in relation to helping the client understand our available services To conduct performance reviews, management against KPIs and sales targets Business Development To be innovative with regards to developing new business opportunities To work with the marketing team on discussing new marketing activities To be proactive with regards to seeking new business opportunities To be diligent in responding to customer enquires To discuss our different services with prospects to ensure that they understand the different options available to them Lead Generation/ Conversion: To generate new leads for our all of our different services To help make current clients aware of our additional services and how these might further assist them Identifying areas where there is a potential to add value to the business by up selling to add additional services and/or products. Identifying, qualifying and securing new business opportunities Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, webinars/conferences, tradeshows etc Building relationships with potential clients Creating and sending proposals to potential clients Answering potential clients questions and overcoming any objections Closing sales and working through an on-boarding process Consistently managing pipeline to ensure a variety of prospects throughout the sales cycle Collating info to target specific audience in readiness for marketing campaigns CRM Database To update our CRM (Dynamics) with all interactions with prospects To ensure that a pipeline of new business is established and developed To update progress of opportunities with each interaction and move them through the sales process Sales Metrics To utilise the CRM Database to provide timely information in relation to sales forecasts, and the sales pipeline. Skills, Experience & Attributes Previous B2B Sales experience, ideally selling HR and/ or H&S related services A proven track record of managing a high performance sales team Self-motivated and able to work in a professional target driven environment Excellent telephone manner - being able to project a pleasant professional approach and quickly build a picture of customer's circumstances and needs. Confident relationship builder Ability to work towards targets and goals The ability to respond positively to feedback Excellent organisational and time management skills Computer Literate Experience of using a CRM Database, preferably Dynamics This job was originally posted as
