KAP Technical are working with a fast growing company in Northamptonshire looking to grow the team Contracts Manager Role/Responsibilities: Client facing role. Produce schedules for design, manufacture, procurement & installation. Manage site product managers. Allocate hours to tasks. Record all specs and UR's. Attend DTM's. Weekly progress reports on live projects Liaise with quantity surveyors on costs & progress. Manage several contracts across the UK Ideal Skills/Experience Several years exposure working with main contractors. An understanding of BIM Able to price/quote steel packages Experience with architectural, secondary & structural steel Ability to manage cross functional teams. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills needed to manage multiple contracts UK wide. Strong Microsoft Office skills Ability to communicate (verbal & written) at all levels with clients/architects/structural engineers/sub-contractors/ H&S and in-house management teams.
