About the Role: Responding to internal customer queries and resolving errors and incidents, ensuring a pleasant customer journey. Maintaining a customer focus - support end-user and colleagues in a professional, friendly and helpful manner The Requirements: .NET experience is essential Experience in the querying of Microsoft SQL Server databases Extensive experience providing support to users.
