Our Vacancy To manage, support and improve all aspects of Business Systems for the Fendercare Division worldwide in line with Business Strategy and Purpose. Role & Responsibilities To be accountable for the management and support of Fendercare's Business functions with identified software, hardware and supporting systems. To be accountable for ensuring that adequate training, mentoring, and coaching is given to Business Users ensuring development and knowledge management. To be accountable for the appropriate day to day running, maintenance and future development of the business systems to meet the demands of the business as it expands. Work closely with Directors and JFS Group IT to manage business change requests and projects ensuring business continuity during change. To be accountable for the development and improvement of Business Intelligence systems and reporting packages. To be accountable for ensuring appropriate and effective support is given in response to systems related calls, requests and fix on fail issues received from worldwide users on all aspects of its systems. Management of Third-Party supplier relationships with a focus on service and cost in line with the prescribed limits of authority. To be accountable for the effective management of the Divisional Systems Asset Register and for associated costs and CAPEX within the prescribed limits of authority. Skills & Experience Functional knowledge of Finance, CRM and BI reporting systems and supporting business software. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of professional software. Good knowledge of business process stream functionality. Strong MS SQL, developer and programming knowledge. Ability to analyse problems and provide solutions both in written and/or oral form. Strong communicator whether written, oral or in presentation form Strong customer focus with a can-do attitude working within business operations. Ability to negotiate with internal service customers at all levels and Third Party suppliers. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong Process Methodology Commercial awareness to minimize overheads. Qualifications & Experience Knowledge of Process Methodology and application Systems Implementation across all Business streams MS SQL 200- -2008 Developer incl.
