Siamo Working with our longstanding client based in Corby are looking for team leaders to join their team on site. Working continental 12 hours shift, 4 on 4 off, the team leaders will manage a pick and pack operation dealing with alcohol and associated products from goods in, storage, stock replenishment, picking and packing through to despatch for delivery to homes. Team Leader duties and responsibilities: Lead and operate the pick and pack operation Set clear team goals Delegate tasks and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance Do regular performance evaluation Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere Communicate with teams about their performance Monitor team performance and report on metrics Discover training needs and provide coaching Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Team Leader Skills and Qualifications Team Leadership Experience Product Knowledge and Industry Experience Leadership Skills Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills Motivational Skills Employee Training Experience Strong Relationship Building The working hours and salary: 4 on 4 off continental shift pattern working 6am until 6pm Salary - £26,888/pa Siamo Benefits package including: Life insurance whilst employed High Street Discounts On site Canteen Free Parking Access to medical care, counselling services and financial advice Weekly or monthly pay This is an ideal role for an experienced warehouse operative looking to take their first steps in first line management.
