Vacancy Summary Job Title: Assistant Contract Manager ( both new build and refurb ) Job Type: Permanent Location: Kings Lynn Start Date: ASAP Salary: £35-£55K Company & Project: Are you looking for a new opportunity? If so, our client, a well-established company which specialises in refurbishments and new builds in and around East Anglia is seeking an assistant contract manager to assist them on a residential refurbishment project. Duties & Responsibilities (including and not limited to): Manage health and safety procedures on site Oversee quality control standards Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation Coordinate labour and trades Desirable Experience and Skills: Knowledge of good practice relating to Health and Safety Regulations.
