My client are a global supplier of market leading brands with a broad portfolio under their umbrella, their primary focus is on delivering innovative products and solutions to their customers. They are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to come and join their team to assist in delivering first class customer service. What will you be doing? You will report directly into the Supply Chain Manager with key areas of responsibility including: To act as a dedicated point of contact for all customer enquiries in relation to sales and distribution Accountable for customer orders ensuring they are managed through the system and with the 3PL Identify potential and actual service issues, root causing and implementing actions to mitigate any future issues Co-ordinating communication with the customer and relevant internal departments Participating in customer and corporate initiatives, focusing on increasing supply chain efficiencies and sales Demonstrate and promote teamwork, always acting in unity with our corporate vision and values Who would this role suit? This role would suit someone who: Has previous experience working in a fast paced Supply Chain role Excellent customer service skills Ability to engage with key stakeholders Analytical and logical way of thinking and approaching issues Good working knowledge of excel Ambitious, engaging, and keen to learn Previous experience of working in FMCG is desirable but not essential If this sounds like the ideal opportunity for you then please apply now for immediate consideration.
