We work in partnership with the business to find the best possible talent, and as a Recruitment Administrator, you will support the team to ensure we provide candidates and hiring managers with a great experience throughout the recruitment process. You will be a self-starter with excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to pull reports to help offer insights to the business. The Recruitment Administrator Role Respond to candidate or hiring manager enquiries through the recruitment inbox, escalating to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Lead as required. Generate offer packs for permanent new hires, including offer letters, contracts and managing the candidate onboarding process. General Administration tasks to support the talent acquisition team. Writing attractive job adverts and advertising through Logic Melon and social media channels Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead to pull together data, for our weekly and monthly reports Sifting, sourcing and screening candidates, and organising interviews for hiring managers. Who are we looking for? The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong administration skills. Experience within an administrator role would be desirable, as well as prior experience using Excel or generating reports. Resilient attitude with a flexible approach Ability to build professional working relationships with candidates and internal colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with excellent time management skills. Proactive and results-focused with the ability to take initiative.
