ServiceNow Development Team Leader required to join a leader in ServiceNow Implementation, Consulting, and Support. Hands-on ServiceNow platform expertise from a technical standpoint within the ITSM suite is a prerequisite, as is a familiarity and appreciation of wider offerings including ITOM and ITBM, but specific training and guidance will be provided throughout the process. Working within an industry leading IT Service Management consultancy you will be responsible for leading the team of Platform Developers and Technical Consultants; ensuring they are equipped to work across a range of implementation projects and act as an advisor and escalation point for technical issues. Additionally, you will be involved in building the team and facilitating personal-growth for those within the team. Applicants are required to have a broad appreciation of ITSM tools and ITIL fundamentals; with proven technical exposure to ServiceNow, including experience as either a Senior or Lead ServiceNow Developer / Consultant. Strong communication skills are required, as is the ability to come across credible and knowledgeable in front of clients. Ideally, you will have previously worked in a Development Team Lead capacity too, although this is not imperative.
