We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing provider a Repairs Planner on a temporary basis in in Nottingham, this will be starting from the 1st August covering maternity leave. Key duties include You will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of responsive repairs through the DRS system for a number of trade operatives, providing excellent service delivery to all customers while ensuring maximum efficiency and maintaining key performance indicators. You will be required to support the planning and execution of responsive repairs and will be required to provide excellent customer service and assistance to the clients customers. Whilst experience as a repairs planner will be an advantage, the client is also willing to consider applications from other Repair's background. You must have excellent organisation and customer skills with some knowledge of repairs. You will also need to have excellent IT skills and any experience working with Housing or scheduling systems will be an advantage. Hourly rate £12.22 ph PAYE plus holiday pay or £15.46ph UMBRLLA.
