Contact Centre Advisor

Gasway are East Anglia's premier boiler and heating experts delivering both reactive and planned solutions to our customers. We operate a 24/7 contact centre and have an opportunity for Customer Service Advisors to join our team based in our Head Office, Norwich. We provide a comprehensive training plan to support new members in the team to become confident decision makers whilst handling inbound calls. You will be providing customers an efficient, responsive, service while handling general appointments and emergency requirements. You are the first point of contact for a range of customers wishing to book annual servicing appointments for their heating systems and reporting breakdowns. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Our advisors are responsible for dealing with problem resolution, providing information and advice to effectively deploy engineers to households across East Anglia. Relying on your service delivery skills and knowledge to provide an excellent customer journey. Liaising with teams across the business to ensure work is completed efficiently. Administrative duties such as managing the enquiries inbox. Demonstrate methodical and flexible approach, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Responding to instant messages on the new house live chat system. Gasway are currently seeking the below hours to be fulfilled: Part time: Three days in the working week which can be negotiated to candidate's choice, shift patterns will vary between 8-5pm, 9-6pm, 11-8. Please be aware you will only get one late shift a week Weekend hours Saturday 4-8pm and Sunday 4-8pm. Ideal Experience Required: Experience in customer service delivery and working within an office environment. Will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. Demonstrate competent IT skills and experience with using Microsoft Packages and systems.
