Customer Service Administrator - Online

Opportunity to join a fast paced and vibrant customer service team - reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager we are looking to appoint an Online Customer Care Administrator the role will include: Dealing with large volumes of webchats ranging from product queries through to customer complaints Working closely with UK regional depots to ensure efficient and effective closures of any complaints and queries Manage own caseloads and maintain accurate records Building strong relationships and have great rapport with customers either by telephone or email Preparing weekly response trackers Assisting in the resolution of social media complaints received in your division Experience of Webchat requests is preffered You will need experience gained ideally within a retail or commercial environment dealing with customers ranging from a general enquiry through to an escalated complaint - be able to demonstrate customer care experiences with empathy and respect with the ability to deliver resolutions. Good IT skills are required including good communication skills and proven ability to think on your feet. Full time role with remote working availability.
