Customer Service Manager - Bishops Stortford £40,000 SC4 is delighted to be partnering an exciting and successful business in their search for a new Customer Service Manager to join their growing team. Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager seeking an opportunity to join growing company focusing on people and performance Management and improving the overall service? What the role of Customer Service Manager will offer YOU:- Leading a team of 6 growing to 10 Set SMART objectives/KPI's for the team in line with the strategic corporate goals Accomplish department objectives by proactive management & support of the team. Working with the customer service team to meet or exceed goals/ KPI targets. Maximise resource to be productive & efficient. Produce a training matrix for the customer service team Responsible for the recruitment, selection, onboarding & training of all new customer service coordinators. Ensure all complaints are handled effectively within the complaints policy timescales. Raise any customer feedback or concerns with the Operations Manager Look for regularly opportunities for process or procedural improvements across the business. Collaborate with other areas of the business to improve the customer experience. Maximise performance of the team by recognising & rewarding great performance, share good news stories across the business. Make learning for the team fun and a priority. Provide support & effective communication on a regular basis to the team. Actively improve communication methods across the business, suggest improvements on a regular basis. Hold regular 'huddles' each week with the Customer service team. What Skills / Experience YOU need Has a data driven approach & experience in data analysis. Strong people/ performance management Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Positive 'can do' attitude. Proven ability to motivate a team and get results. Ability to Work in fast-paced, pressurised environment. Engaging personality and ability to deal with different situations. Problem-solver - solutions based. Patient when communicating with the customer/clients/team. Strong report writing & presentation skills. Self-motivated and has the ability to use their initiative to innovate, when required.
