Covid-19 Field Tester Competitive salary & car allowance Full Time - Including evenings and regular weekend working IQVIA is seeking to recruit Field Testers to support our Covid-19 Infection Survey. If the answer is YES, we would love to hear from you This fantastic opportunity working in the heart of this very important national sampling survey is open to all. The role: You will be working in the community across a geographical location gathering data from participants in the sampling survey, supporting them to carry out a self-administered swab test and some capillary blood testing. The participant is your customer and we strive to offer first class customer service on every visit. You will need to able to clearly communicate and explain processes to the participants, answer questions, signpost enquiries outside of your knowledge, gather data, gain consent, scan and upload documents as well as fill in pre populated fields on a tablet, whilst out in the field managing several visits in different locations each day. It is imperative the data is accurate. Full training will be provided making sure you fully understand your responsibility and accountability within the COVID-19 Infection Survey. Full PPE and equipment will be provided and you will not be required to enter a participant's property. Key attributes for a Covid 19 field Tester at IQVIA are: Friendly professional approach, putting the participant, your customer first Excellent communication skills Attention to detail, able to ask questions, collate, check, and record data accurately Ability to work autonomously and confidently in a field-based setting Highly organised with good planning skills (e.g planning your route) Strong IT skills in particular working on a tablet and phone Highly flexible and comfortable dealing with an environment of regular change and working to targets A confident driver with a full UK driving license (maximum 6 pts) and a car less than 15 years old Very Flexible able to work regular weekends and evenings Eligible to work full time in the UK Must be flexible to work evenings and week ends 6 Months Fixed Term Contract with the potential to extend Join Us Making a positive impact on human health takes insight, curiosity, and intellectual courage.
