As our Key Client Manager ,you will manage the business partnership with a major online retailer that has considerable growth plans. You will be responsible for current and future client management, driving a team of account managers, and be the point of escalation to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be ensuring that the business is meeting all operational and communicative needs for the customer in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, improving the service through insights and innovation whilst developing future opportunities. Responsibilities of our Key Client Manager will include: Developing a solid understanding of the client's business using a variety of sources and identify any commercial opportunities Developing and maintaining a long term strategic relationship building that trusted partner status Serving as the link of communication between the client and internal teams Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Expanding the relationship with the client by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and maximises client retention Providing daily and periodic KPI packs detailing key Management Information Ensuring the operational requirements of the client are being met and improvement initiatives are developed and implemented Developing innovative solutions for the client that not only support our current product and service portfolio but lead the business in improving those products and developing new ones Skills and experience required for a Key Client Manager: 3PL Experience An advanced Microsoft Office user Competency in Maths & English.
