Support Worker Days or Waking Nights Location: Horsford, Norfolk, NR10 Permanent Full Time and Part time positions available £17,374 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week Additional information: Please check the location as public transport is very limited. Full and part time hours are available for day and night shifts. You'll be based in a large bungalow with 19 ground floor rooms. You will be supporting adults aged 18 with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, communication and sensory impairments and complex health needs. Staff support people through a person-centred planning approach that focuses on positive outcomes and is tailored towards individual needs. • Completing and maintaining detailed records, reports and notes
• Cleaning, cooking and shopping

• Complying with health and safety requirements You You do not need to have experience to be a Support Worker, although a basic level of English and Maths is required.
